The inspiration to start Nuru came from the built up frustration of some lifers in the nonprofit sector. Don’t get us wrong, we got the chance to work on amazing projects with some of the most incredible people in the world. And when we got to speak with those whose lives were touched by our programs and see the impact firsthand, it was always clear why we were in the sector.

We believe that companies and nonprofits alike can do more to utilize research, data, story telling, and partnership to achieve their goals.
